Zander joined Mill City Capital at its founding in 2010. Zander serves as chairman of the board for Union Tractor and also holds a board position with Mobile Pro Systems and Horizon Hobby.
He began his career as an analyst with GE Commercial Finance and Piper Jaffray (now Piper Sandler) before spending five years with Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morison, another Minneapolis-based private equity firm.
Zander is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
