Dianna Seltz

Dianna joined Mill City Capital in 2012 as an Associate. She is primarily responsible for conducting due diligence and financial statement analysis, investment financing, and portfolio company monitoring. Dianna is a board member of Behrens Manufacturing Company and Mobile Pro Systems. She previously held board positions with Impact Confections, JMH International and Wholesale Produce Supply.
Prior to joining Mill City Capital, Dianna was an investment banking analyst for Lazard Middle Market in their New York office. Dianna received her B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
